Job Description:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports specific to energy projects.
Work closely with project Managers to track project expenses and revenues.
Maintain project accounting records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Assist in budget preparation for energy projects and monitor project financial performance.
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions related to energy projects.
Perform reconciliations of project accounts and liaise with project teams for any discrepancies.
Assist in project cost analysis and variance reporting.
Support in preparing financial documentation for project audits.
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure accurate recording of project-related expenses.
Provide support to senior accountants and finance team as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and taxation laws.
Proficiency in Tally ERP or other accounting software commonly used in India.
Familiarity with project accounting principles and practices.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
