About the Moderator Position
As a Moderator in our team,
you’ll be use your judgment to decide what information is approved or removed according to standards and guidelines. you also define boundaries and rules for the group or discussion, and remove unrelated or inappropriate content.
Moderator Responsiibilites
Provide prompt responses to users inquiries and complaints, assisting to solve issues
Maintain records of users interactions, including purchases, comments, and complaints.
Keep up-to-date on company policies to be updated.
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards Your collegues at all times
Moderator Requirements
High school at least.
Proficient with computers and must has his own computer device.
Excellent communication skills
Superb time-management, and multitasking skills.
Fluent English
